Tickets will be completed in the purchasers name.
A copy of the entire completed ticket will be mailed to the purchaser.
The portion of the ticket that the purchaser normally keeps will also be mailed to the purchaser.
The completed ticket stub, with the purchasers information, will be put in the drawing drum.
